It is tough. I'm not a fan of government intervention in most cases. I have very mixed feelings about a lot of this, but at the end of the day, you just have to hope that those in power are making decisions from a position of knowledge and hopefully they get it right. I don't know what else to do but hope and pray, and trust that there are still some people in government that are doing the right thing for the right reasons. Most of these directives are coming from more local authorities, and thus those people aren't as swayed as perhaps a senator who has a cozy relationship with a lobbyist. I'm supporting whatever decisions local leaders make, because I really do think they are trying to do their best in a very challenging time.
