No, there is no text specifically. (although you can piece it together by reading the works of such globalists as Brzeznski) I was a political science major at a pretty good school and the professor that taught us the plans for one world government had been an adviser to the autocratic leader of a well known nation. He was at that time an adviser to the US State Dept. The plans were all encompassing and it would require weeks of discussion to tell them all to you. It included everything you can imagine. From what you would be told to eat and why (you really think Beef is bad for you? Think again), to the preferred timelines for each step to occur. The carbon scam was also discussed (this was back in the very early 70s) At that time they were believing they would have to get everyone to think the earth was going to enter an ice age. But of course, it warmed up a bit so they changed the story. The carbon scam , by the way is about resource sharing first and foremost. .The plans also included the rise of China and the fall of the living standards of the USA until "we met in the middle". Which of course is what the current debate between the USA and China is all about The Chinese say they have not yet met us in the middle while Trump says "yes you have". In a nutshell, everything has to meet in the middle so that the world's citizens will accept one world government. So, for example, you get the migrations being forced on Europe and the USA. It is quite the scam all the way through. Nothing you are being told is the truth. It is like a fairy tale. They do not believe people would comply if they just came out and told them the whys and the wherefores. As I said, I never really believed any of it until I started watching it all happen in more or less the order we were taught it would happen. . He said we would see it during our lifetimes. I am getting up there in years now and it seems to have stalled a bit, so now we get the virus panic.
