Here's a pdf link that is absolutely filled with very good info. It mentions Windex as an alternative for sanitizing. You probably know this but hand washing with plain soap is better than hand sanitizer (if hands is what you are concerned with). But for wiping down groceries, commonly touched surfaces, etc, that would not work. If any of you would like to reuse face masks, put them in your toaster oven for 30 minutes at 160-170 deg F (70C). This does not harm the rubber bands or plastic breathing piece on my 3M N95s (old stock from 2003 SARS outbreak). 30 minutes UV (bright sun) also works.
