They do not even know how many they have had or have not had. They "presumed" that ill people had Covid19.and the CDC admits it. It was not until three days ago that a Covid19 specific test was even approved for use by the FDA. It is not yet widely distributed either. So it may be a while before we get beyond presumption and into fact.
