Those bargain prices haven't reached southern Arizona, not by a long shot. Best prices I'm aware of around my area are still above 2 bucks. $2.11 a couple places very near my place. Gas Buddy shows Tucson Costco in the $1.70 range, but they're too far from me to be practical. Thankfully, I don't drive much so it's not a big deal... like it would be to commuters.
