Yes. He largest failure as a person is how Trump treats people and alienates them unless they figure out an acceptable way to kiss his ring. A great leader doesn't leave it to others to figure this out. Our Governor, Gavin Newsom, has done a great job walking that line. Trump has impressed me with how he works with others who show him the least bit of respect his position as leader of the Free World and OUR president deserves. But his greatest failure is how he alienated the obviously very left leaning State Department. I have a very good friend and ex room mate who retired from State and his wife still works for an ambassador. He HATES Trump... of course some will say these workers were swamp creatures, but the Department of State SHOULD have alerted us to this if they were doing their jobs.
