Probably true! I didn't have time today to listen to much as I made an expedition to Costco. I remember when we used to trudge 20 miles through the snow that my nearly daily trips to local stores to get outside and see people was a pleasure... now it is a tense activity and requires a lot of cleaning and showering after, time I'd rather spend exercising!
