Man, I don't see how you do it... especially with six cats!

My ex was into growing veggies but I converted most of the raised beds to flowers. The high cost of water here and abundant fruit and veggies year round made it expensive and time consuming to grow and wash it all, especially now that I can get organic, washed veggies from Costco.

I just discovered how easy it is to steam and grill organic broccoli florets that come prewashed and trimmed in a 3# bag. I also do convection oven grilled Brussels sprouts and steamed green beans, all organic from Costco. I love fresh, triple washed organic salad greens but they don't store long, are in short supply and since they can't be cooked, it seems wiser to reduce my consumption and go more for lightly cooked veggies, especially since there is some talk about the workers not following social distancing guidelines as much as they should in the fields.

My mom died in 2006 and dad 2 years later in 2008. MaMa is the Chinese way to say my girlfriend's mother's name, or what she wants me to call her. Her father, BaBa, died shortly after mine in 2008. Father in Chinese is BaBa for "88." Eight is the most lucky number for Chinese so 88 is doubly lucky. Sadly, the skinheads use it for a code of the 8th letter in the alphabet to salute HH... so it can be a bit dicey for a white guy to use it... have to be careful!

Interesting that you'll choose WI over TX... Cold winters over hot summers but working on restoring the cars in a well heated schoolhouse garage will be fun, especially with buddies kicked out of the house for being restless coming by to visit.
