We could have the quite remarkable occurrence down the road of the US government actually making money on an investment! Imagine storing 10 billion barrels at $10 a barrel and reselling it 5 years from now at $50 per!! Great idea, Kirk! We should put the Dept. of Energy onto this. It would be the first time in that agencies history they actually produced some energy! (g) lh
