Thanks. I made the suggestions... It would not be a first... I believe the government took equity in some firms during the financial collapse. And it would sure beat dumping the oil on the ground like they are doing with milk... Mr Pres. I suggest you fill SPR with cheap oil. Pelosi won't give you $ to do it so go to Wall Street with a public/private partnership with the Treasury.
