Hi Kirk, I read where some companies ( who have the facility) can store oil in railcars. With someone paying you to take delivery of your oil, Any refinery with a rail spur or room to top off, is getting paid $3.70 to please take my oil I'll pay you to take it! That's a first for me! I like your SPR idea for the drillers who have found and pumped it. 50% for rental fee (with a sliding scale based on how long it is stored). Let the DOE transfer the gains to the treasury. Bob
