I sold a house and some land on a corner of my grazing land to a couple on a real estate contract. She was doing pretty well with a horse training business before this hit. I'm letting her pay half her monthly at this point. Her husband runs the night shift on a gravel pit business and his job has continued. At least I'm getting enough to cover my monthly payment...still have a small mortgage left on the place. You sort of have to make adjustments and limp along. I'm not going to put people out because of this. But I have to cover too. Hopefully we get by another month or so and then things go back to normal? We have one of those Nazi democrat governors here too. lh
