That must have been fun! You'd like my old college (UC) roommate who has Clinton like smarts... We were only roommates for two of the three Berkeley quarters as he took off to travel. I'm terrible at languages (see post about inability to process song lyrics) while he was fluent in about 4 when we roomed together. He probably knows dozens now with all the State Department training. We're still friends and get together when he's in CA. He went to Bolt Law school but dropped out to join the state department. Early in his career he was stationed in Yemen and wrote of trips to the beach in a jeep with personal guards armed with machine guns while he was there. 30+ years ago I visited him when I was in DC for an IEDM conference and he introduced me to some interesting Yemeni women who came here for more freedom. They took us to a restaurant there with belly dancing! I believe his career was damaged when he bypassed channels to get the injured warriors out of the Cole to our hospital in Germany after it was attacked. . Anyway, he did one of those facebook lists of names with Obama, Clinton (both), Reagan, etc.... and asked us to guess which one he has not met in person! His wife still works for an ambassador while he's retired on a nice pension with a press pass to write about physics (for his son's magazine) so he can get access to all the press has in DC. It blows me away all the people he's met and actually worked with. You'd probably like him except for he hates Trump.
