Yes, but that is not what I was talking about.

Several cities and states had held random testing - including tests of pregnant women - and the results has consistently averaged 20% positivity test. In some places, like NY and NJ, the rate much much higher (50% - 80%). But the average has remained steady.

This doesn't mean that the prevalence rate is 20%. There are too many variables to draw that conclusion. What it means is that we have not tested deep and wide enough to know what the real rate are - which means we cannot start the road to recovery b/c if you don't know where you are, you cannot tell where you are going.
