I'm surprised there is no mention of Artificial Intelligence. AI seems perfectly suited to complex problems like C19 but the problem may be the lack of complete data sets to feed it. Actual blood levels of Vitamin D and other health parameters are probably non-existent in most areas (even well-developed countries).
