I'm reading a lot of good information that those three are well related and simple things like getting more sun if you are dark skinned or taking supplements can help improve your outcome should you get it. Telling people to take a walk outside at peak sun for even 30 minutes with exposed arms could go a long way to helping them, especially if they are obese or dark skinned where vitamin D deficiency could be a problem.
