Thanks. What age would you start needing more D3? I probably get enough vitamins from my diet plus I started hiking a lot last year to listen to books on tape and get more natural light and exercise. FWIW, I started taking the Costco adult multivitamin last year, perhaps after reading about the virus hitting China... it has 100% of D3, 20 mcg.
