Yeah... figured. BTW, a young, semipro (she has a regular job but sometimes competes in Maui) friend got her leg caught between the board and mast three months ago and only now had the "stomach" to post her xray... She broke it where I have the skills to sail (and love sailing there, "Lowers" in Mauil)... just a freak accident. I'm not sure this will show or if she just had it for friends... but it reinforces why I am a bit slow with desire to pick up a new sport.... I broke an arm learning to ski and broke a leg windsurfing (only 3 screws and no plates) in another freak accident 27 years ago and I still cringe at the sound if a board drops and cracks on cement as it reminds me of my leg breaking...)
