Straps, strapless, foils, wings, masts, sails, kites.... the sport has evolved so quickly it is hard to keep up... The stores must love it selling expensive gear to people who keep trying the new things. Of course since it is so new, stuff over 2 yrs old won't be worth much... so if you have funds, do you buy the latest that is easy to learn (yes, if you can afford the bux!) Not sure what I'll do... I'm still hoping to get out of the house.

As it is now.... if I drive to SF or San Mateo to windsurf I could get an official $1,000 ticket and order to appear for breaking "guidance" to shelter in place and not travel more than 10 miles in San Mateo to Exercise...

BUT if I take a blanket up to SF, camp on some cardboard.... well pass out after drinking a bottle of vodka and poop my pants or poop a few feet away on the street... they will give me a free hotel room with free delivery of cigarettes and booze!

I kid you not! We're releasing felons from prisons and letting people go after high speed chases with zero bail because the poor can't afford the bail which is "not fair".....

The idiots here are starting to notice they attract more bums.... er "unhoused addicts" than they attract tourists with money to buy things to SF... incredible.
