The Orville Dam failed here in Corruptifornia in 2017. Hundreds of thousands were evacuated when the emergency spillway nearly eroded to the point of massive flooding. They only saved the dam by letting the failed spillway take the load.

Like China, the Corruptifornia officials in the water department had their heads up their a$$es. They kept posting positive news on Facebook and I kept asking them how much it cost and who was paying for their mistakes.

I pay more for water than gas and electricity in the summer... so you know who pays.... and much of the fixed cost is for the fixed pensions of the bloated water departments that seem like political reward jobs.
