Not true.

The original tapes are legal evidence because Starr did not participate in their production. That "poison fruit" theory is not applicable. What depends is what they are admissible for and who they are admissible against.

Further, Tripp cannot be charged because the MD courts have ruled that she had to know it was illegal to be prosecuted. The DA says Tripp did not and shall not be prosecuted.

The FBI tapes are legal under any scenario, but again, against whom and for what purpose.

As for Monica, the married teacher is valuable only to confirm Monica's allegations against "the Creep", his characterizations of her carry no weight considering his standing.
