Hardly anyone talks about how early adopters were rich people subsidized by joe sixpack taxpayers and PG&E energy users who pay a ton more than most of the country for electricity so they can subsidize electric cars and not burn coal... while the tax payers gave HUGE rebate to the wealthy who ALSO bought the car so they can drive in the HOV lane in CA rather than sit in traffic. It REALLY was a boondoggle for rich, DNC contributors.

I still laugh at myself for NOT buying at $20+ when it IPO'd because I was so pissed I could not get any of the IPO priced shares....

The funny part is, it crashed and I could have gotten it cheaper but I did not have a limit order and was sort of pissed about the whole process.

I probably would have sold most of the shares by $300 if I am honest with myself, but even if I held on to just 10...

Of course, this was in the middle of windsurfing season so I don't have nearly enough time to do all I want with my investments!
