Sorry, Dale -- I was speaking of the Tripp situation vis a vis the tapes and the transmittal to Starr. I don't think this will end up in the hands of either the Maryland or the Virginia Attorneys General (although Virginia is the more likely of the two, at least for the earlier tapes) - political stuff rarely goes to the lowest possible juridical level. I suspect Ms. Tripp will be hanging fire for a variety of real or perceived offenses for quite a while, but that is strictly based on historical observation.
