Hi Bob,

I appreciate your usual comprehensive and well thought out analysis.

"I do not think that is a long term event but a reset.
The world is re-engaging in commerce.
The MSM is hyping things to create fear and political noise.
The dividend Aristocrats have continued their rate."

I think you nailed it there. Was wondering in particular about the dividend Aristocrats. I was tracking towards building more of a dividend oriented approach when this hit and was wondering if those dividend rates were still holding up. I have stayed the course with XOM.

Have noted your comments in the past re good sales at the dealerships. I hear the same from a number of folks in various small businesses...hi end bicycles, metal buildings, welding shop, construction. Overloaded with work and/or sales activity and running out of supplies. My son tells me bicycling has become a new national occupation and they are rapidly outrunning the resupply rate from the manufacturers. Plus in this rural area real estate is booming right now....houses selling in a day!

Thanks.
