Good article! If Tesla was going to be added to the S&P 500, then it should have happened when it went from #501 to #500 market cap..... If they were to add it now, I'd be tempted to sell ALL my S&P 500 index funds and ETFs not in taxable accounts. All they need to do now is buy Ford and/or GM much like AOHell bought Time Warner, a viable company, for $182B back when it was in a bubble 20.5 years ago...
