Just got an e-mail this morning from a friend of mine who is a federal judge. He thinks Clinton is a idiot but is very troubled by what he calls "the Starr Chamber." He makes the point that any prosecutor he knows would have immediately questioned the relevance of the tapes and told Ms. Tripp to take the tapes to Paula Jones' attorney, where they might have some relevance.
