We were talking about fair, impartial prosecutors who are not driven to justify three years and 30 plus million dollars, Duncan. Trust me, my friend, the federal judge, knows the IC statute, which gives Starr some discretion in whether or not to run with it or send it over to Jones' lawyers where it belonged. He handled it, of course, in the same fashion he has handled the rest of the affair...like the partisan he is.
