When Wall Street starts rolling out IPOs and secondaries on a daily basis, that means the investment bankers are telling their clients to take the money and run. When insiders are selling at a 40 to 1 rate over buying, that means the people who operate the companies agree.

Aside from the severely overbought conditions we had in the FAANG+5 stocks which led the market higher, there were other signs summer theater was over and this show was about to close down for the winter. It's not over forever, of course, (unless the commies take over) but we have just broken some important trendlines.
