It says: Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., one of the founding companies of Silicon Valley, plans to relocate its headquarters to Houston from San Jose, California, following years of waning technology-industry dominance that came with the rise of newer businesses focused on mobile and internet-based computing.

Not sure if that is saying HPE is waning or S Valley. Probably HPE. Looked up their stock. Glad I don't own it though it seems to be coming back lately.

I read a detailed study on "blue state immigrants turning red states blue". It concluded that actually after a period of time, the new arrivals see how well things work in their new cities/states with more conservative approaches and shift to a more conservative outlook. So red states turn blue people red...so to speak. Don't know if that's true.
