Dean and Neil, One of the funniest cartoons I've seen was drawn by my good buddy, Tom Tomorrow (aka Dan Perkins). It's a four-pane cartoon and depicts a political type of earthling trying to expain the electoral college to a martian. In the Coffee Shop Hot Links here at SI, there is a link to Tom Tomorrow's cartoons. The cartoon may be in there, but I haven't really looked for it. Holly
