How about those new IPOs and Issues??? Is there any effect on the rest of the markets when these surges occur? We're now 13 weeks into Bearish territory this time. Look at the bottom two histograms and see where the markets go After one of these IPO/New Issues streaks. Let's check some past events: This cycle doesn't seem to have peaked yet. The bearish signal isn't quite as strong here either. Time will tell if we sail yet again into a doldrums period. Best wishes, OAG Tom
