According to the next issue of newsweek, Tripp's taping of Monica gives some very interesting quotes from Monica. I still confused about why everyone says that Tripp is not credible. Like I've said before, what has she said that has been a lie?
Heard tonight on MSNBC that ML's attorney has, in effect, shown that Tripp is telling the truth. Ginsburg, in lawyer talk, said that Tripp wasn't privy to the conversations. What he meant is that she didn't hear the president's end of the conversation, just Monica end. Monica, after hanging up, told Tripp what the Pres. said. I don't understand why it's so hard for you and others to see this.
Tripp didn't write a book because it wasn't sellable. Why then, didn't she go to the tabloids. They would have bought her story in a second.
Until Tripp is shown to have lied, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. |
