I think they may settle on a model that allows X number of free
local hours per month, after that a very low minute rate. They
may offer to lower the fixed monthly in return. I have always
been puzzled that local calls are free, they are not in other
countries. Surfers will have to pay. I mean, in Germany, if
little Heinz forgets to log off before he sleeps, then he will get
spanked in the morning and must eat double sauerkraut. Here,
it doesnt matter. Thats not right.
