I'm listening to President Biden say over and over he will require "Made in America." Does he really mean "Made in the USA" and forgot that Canada to Chile and Argentina are also "American" countries? IF the actual EO requires "Made in America" but means "USA" then he's already created a TON of loopholes. whitehouse.gov
