Making it in the Market pretty much does recap the concepts outlined in The Wall Street Jungle. If you were to buy only one Ney book Making it in the Market would be it. I highly recommend reading both books however. Though I disagree with Ney's charting techiques, his insight into the inner workings of the exchange has been instrumental in enabling me to develop my own trading strategies. If you're serious about the market you'll have trouble putting the book down. Its that fascinating. I recently purchased Making it in the Market thru Amazon.com for around $50, but just happened to find it for sale at an on line used book "store" at the following site for $6.95 HC if you're interested.

You should also check out the following SEC site for the recent SEC investigation into NASD market makers. Good reading.

There is also an appendix to the above report which I do not have the URL to. Once again good reading. If anyoue is interested I'll post the entire appendix here. (its a large file)
