Do you ever question if the Stock Exchanges manipulate prices to their advantages and ignore the loses of investors? Do you believe that the SEC are looking for the wrong insiders? Do you believe that the upgrade/downgrade are used to inflat or deflat stock prices to the Wall Streeter's advantage? Have you ever seen a stock gets hammered for no reason and no news, so blame that on "momentum players"? Or a stock opens higher or lower then the previous day's closing prices.

If you ever had questions or doubts about stocks' prices, then you should post your responses.

Richard Ney, an investment advisor and write his own newletter, "The Ney Report," wrote three bestselling books in the 60s concerning the malpractices of the Stock Exchanges. They are "Wall Street Jungle," "Wall Street Gang," and "How to Make it in the Market."

He was much hated by the Wall Streeters but he held his views strongly. He quoted from the SEC document, that "Specialist are allowed to adjust stock prices unilaterally" and discovered that specialist not only have a trading account for day-to-day operations of the Stock Exchanges, but also an investment account for capital gains purposes.

He was known for predicting the 1962 Crash, the Rally in early 1970s ad the Bear Market that follows. He predicted the rally of stocks in 1995 and 1996, among other achievements.

What was used back then by the Exchanges, are still being practice now. The purpose is to make a substantial profits for the Wall Street Powerhouses and its insiders.

I want to host this discussion forum, and hopefully will enlighten some of you. My ultimate goal is to make a difference in the system when more of us know more about the wrongdoings of the Exchanges.
