For sure it is not simple.

One thing for sure is a LOT of money via income from a good engineering salary leads to entitled kids... SO the engineers and spouses might not change the voting of the towns, but 20 years later, their kids do.

I'm not sure where the right wing loons came from other than a reaction to the cancel culture far left.
