Hi Bernie,

I like that analyst Target price of 72.

This small but conservative company has lead in the innovative redesigning of test handlers - something every chip must have.

They bought a company bigger than them in October of 2018. It took them two years to rightsized the company (a heck of achievement). While redefining their markets, they have now gained scale.

Much like Amat flourished when they bought Varian and KLAC flourished when they bought Tencor, just as LAM flourished when they bought Novellus, SO TOO WILL COHU flourish when now that they have absorbed Xcerra.

They have a HUGE installed owner base of test handlers of all types, who they sell spare parts for to ensure all of those test handlers run 24/7/365.

Cohu has arrived and will proceed to print money - especially in this high growth era!

If you are short, get long

If you are long , get more!

Bob
