  • All day - The Public Service Commission of South Carolina holds a virtual public hearing on Duke Energy Carolinas and Duke Energy Progress. Duke Energy's (NYSE: DUK) long-range plans for generating plants in the state has met opposition.

    • Premarket - Lam Research Corporation (NASDAQ: LRCX) is scheduled to report earnings. The company has delivered 12 straight EPS beats and topped revenue estimates 9 of the last 12 reports. Keep an eye on Silicon Motion Technology (NASDAQ: SIMO), which derives 16% of its revenue from Lam and trades in tandem with it about 88% of the time after earnings.
