Thanks for the info. So Mr. Bow Tie, Jimmy Rogers, might finally be right and commodities are the place to be. I have to say my seeing this devaluation coming over 30 years ago then deciding to get three loans to buy here sure has paid off... I think my house has jumped more in the last year than some mansions on lakes in TX sell for... if you believe what people are paying here. Maybe they are using bitcoin! There is so much money chasing business ideas that are not profitable... much of it VC money raised from "friends and family" that pay huge salaries to buy into companies not anywhere near profitable... someday it will be a meltdown to behold. Or we ask to borrow some money printing ink from Venezuela.
