wrt lockdown... one of our esteemed Federal Liberal leaders recently said.. (the guy in charge of keeping it out) only 2% of Covid comes from the outside. WTF.. it all came from the outside.. how stupid is that statement ? and OZ style lockdown would have been effective... Our Maritime provinces show that also.. The current lockdowns.. I suspect that this environment in PARTICULAR would be taking all masking / distancing etc etc precautions and the number bear fruit on prevention...
