Incredible. Note one of the sponsors is Scott Weiner whom I think is trying to destroy California by forcing single family homes in the suburbs to become 4 and 8 unit apartments against the wishes of the people who moved there, often to escape the crime and crowding in cities like SF that he already ruined. The author of the bill is a 25 year old gay Asian guy still living with his mother when he ran for office... You have to wonder if he'd feel the same if it was his mother (or grandmother) attacked by a "person of color" with a gun rather than a knife or a fist as has become epidemic here in the Bay Area.
