Lets try to keep it friendly.

You don't need to have kids to understand those of us without kids are asked to stay later at work to cover for those with kids that have constant emergencies requiring parents to leave early. I think that is one of many reasons women who work may see smaller raises than men who have someone at home to handle these emergencies. (or in my case my mother worked and my father had the low pay, flexible job and handled transporting kids, etc..., but that was unusual then)

You also don't need to have kids to know those who do continue to get massive tax breaks while our property taxes pay for schools that we don't need unless the kids stay in the state and pay taxes someday.
