Crazy real estate market.

Very strong in the The Woodlands as well.

Last community paper said it "WAS RED HOT".

I'm not sure when HP is moving their employees to Houston. I've been told they are moving to the same area that XOM is building out. If so that only 3 miles from my place.

SHOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO BE SELLING.

If you have an extra used vehicle, now is an opportune time to sell.

I think it is the only time in my life, I've seen used cars go up in value for any amount of time.

Many Covid induced shortages.

When people have the money to buy and there is no supply, they pay more.

It's the old marginal propensity of price changes in Econ 101 at work.

It will take months for our Dodge store to rebuild the inventory.

Never thought I'd say that.

Car OEM's are famous for overloading their dealers inventories.

I hope they learn from this experience.
