This sport is growing so quickly... I hate to give up all the $ I've invested in windsurfing gear to get this new gear, but once you learn, it has so much more range and much easier on your body since you avoid the chop with the foil below the surface riding pressure waves and using wind to get upwind avoiding the chop.

I'll probably switch over in the next year. One idea is wait for when I get on medicare so if I get injured crashing during the learning phase, I don't have the huge deductible of the ACA plan I have now.
