Does anyone have any idea of what a "not for profit price" is?

U.S. to donate 500 million Pfizer vaccine doses to the world -sources

I own PFE and did not buy the stock to donate manufacturing space to foreign countries so Mr. Biden can get some goodwill from many countries that will still hate us.
The New York Times reported that the United States will buy the doses at a "not-for-profit" price, citing people familiar with the deal. They also reported that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla will accompany Biden during the announcement.
I'm fine with the government using my tax dollars to help others if they think it will help the country in the long run, but I hope this "deal" means Pfizer can maybe supervise a new facility that the government pays for to manufacture these extra doses...

I'm fairly confident a private company won't "donate" shareholder assets to turn into a nonprofit without a shareholder vote, so my GUESS is a "not-for-profit" price helps spread overhead or something of value. BUT I really don't know. Does anyone know?
