Good point and I agree. Do you think we'll EVER get off the habit of having the Fed steal from savers to keep financing the crazy azz borrowing to pay people
  • $300 a week to not work when there are "Help Wanted" signs everywhere I look?
  • $3,600 a year per kid....

Nobody seems to give credit to us savers who worked hard and were hoping to retire with a nice, balanced portfolio of half in stocks and half in CDs or Treasury bond ladders making about 5% a year so we could have a fairly regular income without having to worry about keeping too much in stocks and taking profits to pay those dividends....

Some idiots say there is no real inflation... so they can afford to give all this money to the lower income to "balance this out" but all it seems to do is devalue the currency, drive up the value of land, homes, stocks that have real value, speculative stocks, etc... so the wealth gap gets wider and it gets even harder for the middle and lower incomes to buy homes, the best way to build wealth...
