Marshall, this is funny. What was the stock price when you learned of the stock liquidation? It was known when I first posted @ $ 7.50, wasn't it? Regarding the stock dilution, they aren't making money, and they are spending a lot of it with diminishing sales. How long did you expect them to lose money without getting more somehow?

<<I've been through the rest of your stuff including your directory structure and it's really looking like you have something good in the making but I think if you add the extension .htm or .html to the /RACE/Marshall file it would then come up on everyone's browser as you intended. You may also want to check out the use of a file /index.htm or /index.html as it will certainly make a lot of things fall into place - I've been there.
