<<Linda, I'm sorry you didn't like my hesitancy to comment on revenues or rather my hesitancy to agree with your predictions which ended up to be correct.>>

Actually Marshall, as you should know, those predictions were based solely on what the company clearly stated in its SEC documents and I clearly documented that fact to you. After you failed to acknowledge that, I knew you were a hyper, IMO.

<<Had something unexpected occured on the sales front I'd have looked even more foolish.>>

As I said, Marshall, the sales drop was absolutely NOT UNexpected. So you look foolish, in my eyes, for saying that.

<<I still haven't figured out how you can suggest that one rather well-known poster who's been around SI for ages could have singlehandedly been responsible for causing a stock to fall from the mid-20s to today's level.>>

No, you weren't singlehandedly responsible. However, you were hyping it at $ 20 the same as you are in the twos, which is unusual, and based on your past record with RACE, I'd say your words are to be little trusted.

<< If I'm missing something here perhaps I should try to join with my friend Drakes or perhaps apply at FAHN or KEYZ.>>

If that's what you say.

<<I also find it curious that you can discount the combination of an unexpected emergency liquidation of 17% of the total shares along with a year of multiple dilutive convertible offerings. In the event you aren't familiar with some of the documents behind the Cygnet/WS Clearing/Axelrod fiasco I'll direct you to these: ionet.net;

Marshall, this is funny. What was the stock price when you learned of the stock liquidation? It was known when I first posted @ $ 7.50, wasn't it? Regarding the stock dilution, they aren't making money, and they are spending a lot of it with diminishing sales. How long did you expect them to lose money without getting more somehow?

<<A final note - I received some e-mails asking how best to read that link you posted.>>

I'll post the SI post that contains the link for your for your convenience and others again. To access it you simply double-click on it:

<<I've been through the rest of your stuff including your directory structure and it's really looking like you have something good in the making but I think if you add the extension .htm or .html to the /RACE/Marshall file it would then come up on everyone's browser as you intended. You may also want to check out the use of a file /index.htm or /index.html as it will certainly make a lot of things fall into place - I've been there.

Good references: home.netscape.com
or e-mail me anytime, I'd be glad to help.>>

Yes, the html should have been included. For some reason it was not. I'm not sure why it wasn't before, but it is now. Thanks for your help in other matters, but I don't think your help is generally appropriate.
