Janice, I too prefer non-political names for public buildings, but nevertheless the name game continues. I just thought the democract obstruction (appears so it could not be done before Ron's birthday) was petty beyond belief. You know, I don't remember why Cape Kennedy was changed back to Cape Canaveral...I'm sure somebody will come up with the answer. If they want to honor public officials in this way, I think they should limit it to DC....I don't think the rest of the cities in the country should be naming their airports for their party leaders. I'm sure not all New Yorkers supported Kennedy, imagine trying to change LAX to Nixon International....
