No certainty that those deaths are from vaccines, only that they occurred after vaccines. Probably some of them are but no reason to think most of them are. Anyone can report, and since there is more concern about this vaccine they are more likely to report an issue afterwards then with other vaccines.

Also to that the fact that you have over a hundred million people vaccinated in less then a year, would cause reports to spike up since that is a much higher rate of getting vaccines then before.

Deaths connected to the vaccine among people studied before the release of the vaccine would probably be a more reliable connection, but even then you could have some of the vaccine equivalent of the "died with covid but not of it problem", for some types of problems that could in theory be related to vaccines but might not have actually been caused by it. Even ignoring that and counting all the issues as vaccine related issues the rate of serious side effects was low.
